Alessandra Castaldo's Chocolate Protein Pancakes:

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Madness Keto Protein Cmplx
  • 5 Servings of Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1/4 Cup of Water for Consistency
  • A Sprinkle of Cinnamon

 Directions:

Heat on a stove top pan & cook on low/medium heat until the batter bubbles then fold in half! Enjoy! 

 

Joey's Cinnamon Toast Munch Keto Shake:

Ingredients:

  • 16 Oz. Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Mania Keto Protein Cmplx
  • 1/2 Scoop Chocolate Madness Keto Protein Cmplx
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon

 Directions:

Mix ingredients into a shaker bottle & shake until no clumps remain.

 

Joey's "Stack of Gains" Chocolate Mass Gainer Pancakes Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop of Chocolate Mass Gainer Cmplx
  • 1 Tbsp of Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk (OR Milk of Choice)
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Servings of Egg Whites

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl & stir in the milk (Watch the consistency as you may not need all of it to reach a batter-like thickness). Pour the batter into a skillet & cook at medium-high heat until the edges are bubbling. Once the edges leave holes that do not close back up then flip it. Cook to your preferred crispness & enjoy!

   

Jose Amendieta's Morning Coffee Protein Shake Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop of Coffee Addiction Keto Protein Cmplx
  • 1 Cup of Brewed Coffee
  • 1/2 Cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 Whole Banana
  • 5 Servings of Egg Whites

 Directions

Blend until all ingredients are in a liquid consistency with no clumps of powder. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla Mania Keto Protein Cmplx
  • 4 Servings of Egg Whites
  • 1 Tbsp of Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp of Unsweetened Almond Milk (OR Milk of Choice)
  • 6 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1/2 Cup of Sugar Free Syrup

Directions:

Add cooking spray/oil to a skillet & set on medium heat. Combine your eggs, protein, milk, & cinnamon into a bowl then mix well. Dip each slice of bread into your mixture until fully coated. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown & serve with syrup!

Ingredients:

  • Sugar Free Peppermint Coffee Flavoring Syrup

Directions:

Ingredients:

  • 4 Servings of Egg Whites
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Tbsp of Cinnamon (OR To Taste)
  • 2 Tbsp of Unsweetened Almond Milk

Directions:

Blend all of the ingredients together until they create a thick batter. Heat up your waffle iron & add cooking spray/oil. Pour your batter & cook it then you're all set to enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla Mania Keto Protein Cmplx
  • 1 Cup Cooked Jasmine Rice (Add the cinnamon stick while it's cooking)
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (Adding a little more will make it extra creamy!)
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • Unsweetened Coconut Flakes & A Few Raisins May Be Added For Taste!

 Directions:
